Return Policy

At Tacvex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags.

  • Free from signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
